5. Returns and Refunds


5.1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for further instructions.


5.2. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund if the return meets our requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5.3. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNMUTE APPAREL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANY ITEMS THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY GOODS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
UNMUTE APPAREL MAKES NO GUARANTEE REGARDING THE AUTHENTICITY, QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY ITEMS OFFERED OR SOLD, NOR THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF ANY LISTINGS, OR ABILITY OF BUYERS AND SELLERS TO TRANSACT ANY BUSINESS ON THE PLATFORM.


10. Termination
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may disable access to your Account at any time by sending an email to us.
