Can I exchange my order if it’s not the right fit?
Yes you can. Although all sales are final and are made to order at the time of purchase, there are a few stated exceptions listed. Please see our return policy for details. 

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, there are a few stated requirements, please see our return policy for more information. 

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes within 24hrs of the purchase time and date. Please send the updated information to support@unmutedapparel.com and include your order number as well. Anything beyond that may already be in process and we will not be able to change it through our carriers at that time. 

How do I process a return?
Contact us at support@unmutedapparel.com and we will be able to guide you in this process. 

When will my items ship? 
Your items will usually ship within 2-5 days. We will email you with the tracking info as soon as it is available. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes. 

Do you customize your apparel? 
Yes we can customize it for you within reason. Please contact us with your request at questions@unmutedapparel.com 

What forms of payment do you take? 
As currency standards change, we are working to stay flexible with our payment processing. At this time, we take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
